In this role, our Recruiter:

  • Develops in-depth understanding of the client, including their organizational structure, current needs and overall culture
  • Correlates predictive staffing model with client-specific contract to develop a targeted sourcing plan
  • Manages and deploys an active candidate sourcing strategy to stay innovative and competitive in the market
  • Follows the Client-specific Recruitment Process from successful White Chair to Green Chair
  • Evaluates existing process; pinpointing concerns, challenges and areas of opportunity
  • Represents client in a professional manner through all modes of communication
  • Establishes a positive, professional rapport with candidates, internal Eklego team and client contacts, including but not limited to, Human Resources and Hiring Managers
  • Screens candidates based on client specifications
  • Guides candidate through the selection process, creating a positive candidate experience by providing responsive customer care
  • Coordinates pre- and post-interview communication with the candidate, HR and Hiring Manager(s)
  • Performs a variety of administrative tasks to support quality performance and service
  • Maintains accurate candidate and client records for reporting and tracking purposes in the ATS system
  • Collaborates with internal team to review metrics and re-evaluate focus areas
  • Stays abreast of developments and trends in healthcare, Senior Care and recruitment.

Experience & Education:

  • Associates Degree required; Bachelor's preferred
  • 2-years of high-volume customer service in either Recruitment, Retail, or Inside Sales
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) required
  • Ability to learn additional software programs as needed
